Pathfinder currently supports the Danielson Framework for Teaching with customizable rubric domains. We are actively building support for Marzano, NIET, and state-specific frameworks. The rubric system is fully customizable to match your district's requirements.
After an observation session, the recorded audio is transcribed using OpenAI Whisper. The transcript, along with observer notes and rubric checklist data, is then analyzed by Claude AI to generate comprehensive evaluation summaries, identify strengths, and suggest areas for growth.
No. Pathfinder focuses exclusively on teacher performance evaluation. Video recordings are processed for audio transcription only and can be configured to auto-delete after processing. All data is encrypted at rest and role-scoped so only authorized personnel can access evaluations.
